About Breakthrough Addiction Retreat

We set out at Breakthrough to provide holistic healing in our comfortable residential treatment facility in Tomatlan Mexico. Our aim is to provide people with individualized detoxification, therapy, and wellness activities in a serene environment where they can feel relaxed and thrive in their recovery. Our 5 bedroom facility has been open since November 2025. We stand alone in quality therapy and attention to the individuals in our care. We are here to help people heal and breakthrough the barriers of addiction and self harm. We know from experience that anything is possible in life once the chains of addiction are broken. Nestled in the serene town of Tomatlán, Mexico, our retreat center offers a tranquil environment for healing.

The pristine beaches of Costalegre (the Long Coast) are within a half hour's drive.

We provide transport from Puerto Vallarta's International Airport (PVR), a 2 hour drive.
